AI clerks that run your AP,
inside Dynamics 365 F&O.
Clerked's AI clerks find invoices in your AP inbox, match every line to the purchase order and product receipt, catch billing errors before you pay them, and draft replies to vendors. Dynamics 365 F&O stays the system of record.
Matched across product receipts
A vendor invoice for a month of deliveries is matched line by line to each product receipt and PO it covers. A line that hasn't been received yet is sent to receiving to confirm.
Discrepancies sent to their owners
A price outside your tolerance or a charge that wasn't on the PO goes to the buyer with the reason it was held. If it's the vendor's to fix, the clerk drafts the reply asking for a credit, for you to send.
About a month to go live
We integrate with Dynamics directly, and you can expect to go live in about a month. We need an inbox forward, your user list and access to Dynamics 365 F&O.
How it works
Dynamics 365 flags a matching discrepancy when a price falls outside tolerance, a charge wasn't on the PO or the product receipts don't cover the invoiced quantity. The rest is still left to your team: working out why, asking the buyer or receiving, and writing to the vendor for a credit. Clerked takes that part.
If you run several legal entities, Clerked works out which one each invoice belongs to and codes every line to the right main account and financial dimensions. Every entity works from one queue, so AP keeps up as you add companies without adding people.
Invoices go into Dynamics 365 F&O as vendor invoices, coded by line. Nothing posts until it's approved, whether approvals happen in Clerked from email or in Dynamics 365 F&O itself. Dynamics 365 F&O stays the system of record, so nothing is migrated or replaced.
Reads vendors, POs, product receipts, main accounts and financial dimensions from Dynamics 365
Every legal entity in one queue, each invoice coded to the right main account and dimensions
Price increases, freight overcharges and duplicate invoices caught before you pay them
Approvals stay in the Dynamics 365 vendor invoice workflow, if that's where they live today

Security and control
- Nothing is written to Dynamics 365 until the invoice has passed every approval your rules call for.
- Approvals start with a person, and approvers can answer from email with no login.
- Each invoice is checked again just before it's written to Dynamics 365, and one that wouldn't post cleanly is held for your team.
- Approved invoices go to whatever pays them today.
