AI clerks that run your AP,
inside Sage X3.
Clerked's AI clerks work inside Sage X3. They find invoices in your inbox, match every line to the PO and receipt, catch billing errors before you pay them, and draft replies to suppliers. Sage X3 stays the system of record.
Every line matched first
Each purchase invoice line is matched to its PO line and receipt before it reaches Sage X3. A price or quantity difference is held with the reason, so it doesn't sit blocked in X3 until someone finds it.
Every site in one queue
Invoices for every company and site are coded on every line to the account and analytical dimensions they belong to, learned from your invoice history, and each exception goes to the person who owns it.
Under 2 months to go live
We integrate with Sage X3 directly, and you can expect to go live in under 2 months. We need an inbox forward, your user list and access to Sage X3.
How it works
Sage X3 checks the match: it compares each purchase invoice with the receipt and the PO, and blocks a line that falls outside your matching tolerances. The ERP did the ledger, and AP is still manual. Someone usually still keys the invoice, picks the receipt lines it covers and works out why each blocked line is off.
On Sage X3, those blocks tend to be a price that changed since the PO, a short or partial receipt, a unit of measure that differs from the order, or freight billed on its own invoice. Clerked works each one before the invoice reaches Sage X3 and sends it to the person who owns it, who answers from email, their phone, Slack or Teams, with no login.
Invoices go into Sage X3 as purchase invoices, coded by line. Nothing posts until it's approved, whether approvals happen in Clerked from email or in Sage X3 itself. Sage X3 stays the system of record, so nothing is migrated or replaced.
