AI clerks that run your AP,
inside Eclipse.
Clerked's AI clerks work inside Eclipse. They find invoices in your inbox, match every line to the PO and receipt, catch billing errors before you pay them, and draft replies to vendors. Eclipse stays the system of record.
Checked against the cost you agreed
Each invoice line is matched to its PO line and receipt, then checked against your price list, contract or SPA, so a PO cut at the wrong cost is caught before you pay it.
Direct ships matched to the job
When a vendor ships straight to a contractor's job site, there's no warehouse receipt to match. Clerked matches the invoice to the PO and the sales order, codes the freight to that order, and sends any question to inside sales.
Under a month to go live
We integrate with Epicor Eclipse directly, and you can expect to go live in under a month. We need an inbox forward, your user list and access to Eclipse.
How it works
Eclipse is built for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and PVF distributors, and it runs your counter, your warehouse and your contract pricing. Even on Eclipse, AP is usually still checking costs, chasing short shipments and applying vendor credits by hand.
Distribution runs on thin margins, so a cost that was billed and paid but never agreed comes straight out of gross margin. Clerked checks every line against the PO, the receipt and the cost you agreed, and sends price questions to the buyer and short shipments to the branch that received them.
Invoices go into Eclipse as AP invoices, coded by line. Nothing posts until it's approved, whether approvals happen in Clerked from email or in Eclipse itself. Eclipse stays the system of record, so nothing is migrated or replaced.
Reads vendors, POs, receipts, sales orders, GL accounts and branches from Eclipse
Tolerances you set by vendor and item, including wire and pipe priced off copper
Ship-and-debit, rebate and return credits matched to the claim or invoice they settle
Price increases, freight overcharges and duplicate invoices caught before you pay them
Vendor replies drafted from your Eclipse data, and a person reviews and sends each one
Security and control
- Nothing is written to Eclipse until the invoice has passed every approval your rules call for.
- Approvals start with a person, and approvers can answer from email with no login.
- Each invoice is checked again just before it's written to Eclipse, and one that wouldn't post cleanly is held for your team.
- Approved invoices go to whatever pays them today.
