AI clerks that run your AP,
inside Oracle Cloud.
Clerked's AI clerks work inside Oracle Cloud. They find invoices in your inbox, match every line to the PO and receipt, catch billing errors before you pay them, and draft replies to suppliers. Oracle Cloud stays the system of record.
Coded the way your team codes
Each line is coded to the business unit and the chart of accounts segments your team uses, learned from your invoice history. Every correction becomes a memory in plain English that you can read, edit or delete.
Price and quantity checked by line
A line above the PO schedule price goes to the buyer, and one billed for more than was received goes to receiving, with the reason, before the invoice reaches Oracle Cloud. Each answers from email, their phone, Slack or Teams.
Under 2 months to go live
We integrate with Oracle Cloud directly, and you can expect to go live in under 2 months. We need an inbox forward, your user list and access to Oracle Cloud.
How it works
In Oracle Cloud, Invoice Validation puts a hold on an invoice billed above the PO schedule price or for more than was received. Someone still has to find out why, ask the buyer or receiving, and get the hold released. The clerks work that out before the invoice reaches Oracle Cloud, and send each difference, with its reason, to the person who owns the answer.
Around the ledger, AP on Oracle Cloud is usually still done by hand: reading the AP inbox, finding the PO for invoices that arrive without one, questioning freight nobody approved and answering suppliers who ask when they'll be paid. The clerks take that work for every business unit you run, and hold what needs a person, with the reason.
Invoices go into Oracle Cloud as payables invoices, coded by line. Nothing posts until it's approved, whether approvals happen in Clerked from email or in Oracle Cloud itself. Oracle Cloud stays the system of record, so nothing is migrated or replaced.

Security and control
- Nothing is written to Oracle Cloud until the invoice has passed every approval your rules call for.
- Approvals start with a person, and approvers can answer from email with no login.
- Each invoice is checked again just before it's written to Oracle Cloud, and one that wouldn't post cleanly is held for your team.
- Approved invoices go to whatever pays them today.
