AI clerks that run your AP,
for teams on Microsoft Teams.
Clerked's AI clerks find invoices in your inbox, match every line to the PO and receipt, catch billing errors before you pay them, and draft replies to vendors. When an invoice needs a person, the clerk asks them in Teams, and they answer there with no login.
Approvals where people already are
The approver gets the invoice and the reason it needs them in Teams, and approves it, sends it back or passes it on from their desk or their phone. Nobody outside finance needs a Clerked login.
Exceptions sent to whoever can answer
A price above the PO goes to the buyer, a short shipment to receiving, a bank change to the controller. Send one to a group, such as receiving at one site, and whoever answers first completes it.
Reports when you ask
Ask Clark, Clerked's AP analyst, for what's due this week, open invoices by vendor or spend by site, and get the answer in Teams. It works across all of your companies, and each person sees only what their access allows.
How it works
Invoices usually wait on people outside finance: a buyer who has to confirm a price, a site that has to say what arrived, a manager who has to approve. The clerks send each question to the person who owns it, with the invoice and the reason attached, and that person answers in Teams from their desk or their phone.
When someone explains an exception, for example that a vendor always bills freight on its own invoice, they can tell the clerk to remember it. It's kept as a memory in plain English that you can read, edit or delete, and the clerks use it the next time that vendor's invoice comes in.

Security and control
- Nothing is written to your ERP until the invoice has passed every approval your rules call for.
- Approvals start with a person, and approvers can answer from Teams or email with no login.
- Each invoice is checked again just before it's written to your ERP, and one that wouldn't post cleanly is held for your team.
- Approved invoices go to whatever pays them today.
